The MX is one of those cameras I sold, immediately regretted, and quickly acquired a replacement. I went from two-tone to all black but it seems to be in slightly better condition. Love the MX!
I was just looking at my K-mount lenses. I’m thinking about adding a 24mm to the lineup. I don’t have that lens for any of my other cameras. The MX might be a good place to start.
It’s a lot of fun! Sadly the meter doesn’t work, but it’s all mechanical so it doesn’t matter! I’ll bring it along to the big CCR meet and you can run a roll through it if you like!
I've never used one but I've seen just how small they are. Some cracking results from it. I can't speak for the other lenses, but I have a 50/1.7 attached to a Centon K100 (a surprisingly nice camera itself to use) and have had some great results from it.
Thanks! The camera gets even smaller with the 40mm on it, I used that combo last weekend and man was it tiny! The full review will be posted in a couple of months!

I would love to add a 24mm to my collection!
It’s so much fun! I’m looking forward to using it more and getting the lenses on the review bench next year!
The MX is a camera I have had an eye on for a while. Maybe one day I will take the plunge and give it a whirl.
Do it!
Nice review and some good shots, Alex.
Thanks!
I love my Pentax Spotmatic and am now intrigued by this little beauty! Great shots!
